After struggling to find his purpose in life, Yelmo decided to put his full focus on the world of music. Following a study at the University Of The Arts in Utrecht, The Netherlands, he graduated as a Music Technologist, with a main focus on music composition and sound design.

By becoming a Music Technologist, he came to the realization that combining audio with technology means that you have more freedom in what you can do in terms of the music you make and the sounds that you use. With an interest in all things creative, he doesn’t shy away from doing things differently and finds joy in exploring new ideas and sounds. He spent years crafting his own sound and is ready to share this with the world.

He is open to receive submissions from people who are interested in working with him. An idea is never too crazy and he is always open to spar about the possibilities and to hear about the ideas that run around in your head. He is also working closely with Dutch composer and sound installation developer Dyane Donck, for who’s company he’ll be working on diverse projects. 

The future shines bright, with his orchestral metal act Fatum Gríma gaining momentum and his solo work under his alter ego Miraylo taking shape. As Yelmo he is bringing to life people’s artistic visions by creating music and designing sounds that meet their needs. With Melodies of Amphion he is giving people a moment to step out of everyday life, and to experience a sound world that helps them cope with all sorts of emotions or a lack of rest. Together with Dyane he is creating unique and interesting compositions and sound installations for the world to explore. His journey is moving upwards and he loves to take you with him.
